Prive Leatherhead Cancellation Policy.

At Prive we understand that at times you may need to cancel your appointment. Especially in these uncertain times with Covid-19 causing such disruption to our lives. We however have to make a charge if you cancel your appointment with us without giving us at least 24 hours notice for Cut & Blow dry appointments and 48 hours for all colour appointments.

The late cancellation charge is 50% of the appointment value.
