Cancellation Policy
At Prive we understand that at times you may need to cancel your appointment. We however have to make a charge if you cancel your appointment with us without giving us at least 24 hours' notice for Cut & Blow dry appointments and 48 hours for all Colour appointments. The late cancellation charge is 50% of the appointment value. For further details please ask at reception.
